All rooms are completely furnished and include the following amenities:

• Central heating.
• Small kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, cupboard with
  cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware.
• Single bed with blanket, pillow (sheets and pillow cover are not
  included, bring your own), a night table, and a wardrobe.
• Table & chairs.

Minimum 5 month rent. Room occupancy is one person (by order of police).

The bathroom, which is shared with one other person consists of wash basin,
shower unit, and cupboard. Toilet is in a separate room.

Wireless Internet is available in every room for €20/month.

All charges are included.

For security reasons it is strictly forbidden to smoke and to burn candles in the house.

Animals are not allowed.
